Senior Offensive Lineman Jordyn Leonard’s efforts on the O-Line have always been instrumental at protecting the passer and opening holes for Clinton’s All-Star Running Backs, and come this fall, his strength and power will be eagerly welcomed at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
On National Signing Day, Leonard signed a letter of intent to play for Coach Chad Huff and the Bulldogs this fall.
“When I met with the coaches, their program really reminded me of Clinton,” Leonard said. “It just felt like home.”
He’ll be joining fellow Arrow Lineman Sidney Wells and defensive All-Star Jacobi Hearn in Perkinston, Miss. to play for the Bulldogs.
Leonard was named Second Team All-State and attended the Football University Top Gun Showcase.
Leonard is the son of Stacey and Valarie Leonard.
